Membership FAQ
What if I cancel?
Your membership runs until the end of the current billing period. Already-granted credits are spendable until then; after that, any unspent membership credits expire (your earned credits from purchases stay).
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades are immediate (prorated charge + immediate credit grant for the new tier). Downgrades take effect at end of current period.
Do membership credits expire?
While you're a member, credits follow the standard 12-month expiry. When you cancel, any unspent membership-granted credits expire at end of period — earned credits aren't affected.
What’s a "waived bid forfeit"?
If you lose a Bid Zone auction, you can mark one loss per month (Plus) or three (Premium) as "waived" — your held credits return to your balance instead of being forfeited.
Can I share my membership?
Membership perks are per-account. Credits are non-transferable. If you want to gift, send a gift card instead.
Does Premium replace gift cards?
No, they're complementary. Membership = recurring monthly value for one person. Gift cards = one-time, sendable, no recurring billing. Both stack at checkout.
What if my payment fails?
We retry 3 times over 7 days. If still failing, your account drops to Free at the end of the current period — no late fee, no chase.
Can sellers be members too?
Yes — buyer membership is independent of seller plans. A seller account can also be a Plus or Premium buyer member.
Subscription billing (Stripe) activates when payment is wired — plans and perks are live from the database.
