01Acceptable Use Policy
Sznmart is a marketplace for real goods from real makers. Prohibited: counterfeit or stolen goods, recalled or hazardous items, weapons, prescription products, and anything that infringes intellectual-property rights. Bid Zone manipulation (shill bidding, coordinated sniping rings, bid retraction abuse) results in credit forfeiture and account suspension. Review fraud — paid, traded, or AI-generated reviews — is removed and strikes are applied. We may suspend accounts that abuse Name-Your-Price with spam offers.
