01Seller Agreement
By opening a store you agree to: ship within your stated handling time (default 1–2 business days); honor the 30-day return window; keep listing photos and descriptions accurate; and fulfill pre-order and crowdfunding batches or refund in full. Sznmart collects a commission per sale that varies by plan (Starter/Lite/Pro/Premium) plus payment-processing fees; payouts settle on a rolling basis to your connected account. Repeated disputes, late shipments, or policy violations can pause or suspend your store.
